cd33's Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the cd33 platform and the user. By registering on cd33 or using the service, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms described below.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any cd33 service. The terms may change at any time — continuing to use the service after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on cd33, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• You must register under your own name with accurate information.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Transferring or selling an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cd33 may at any time request a government-issued ID, photograph or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. cd33 reserves the right to permanently close an account, including its balance, if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. cd33 will not be liable if you share your login details with another person or if unauthorised access to your account occurs. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on cd33 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The same payment method used for deposit must be used for withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. cd33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification is not complete or if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Platform Usage Rules

4.1 Permitted Use

The cd33 platform may be used for personal entertainment. Users must play fairly and must not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's security or normal operation.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using bots, automated software or any tools for strategic manipulation.
• Registering under a fictitious identity or someone else's identity in order to receive bonuses.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Any attempt at money laundering or use of unlawful funds.
• Carrying out any form of cyber attack on cd33's systems.

For any of the above violations, cd33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice and to confiscate the balance.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a server error, network disruption or software problem, cd33 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake. Any winnings resulting from erroneous data or software bugs will not be considered valid.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on cd33 receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For a deposit of ৳10,200, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 is added, giving a total balance of ৳15,200, and the wagering required is ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is only valid for the user whose account it has been credited to.
• When placing bets using a bonus, the wagering contribution rate may vary by game.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be cancelled.
• cd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel existing promotions.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The cd33 VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with the weekly cashback rate increasing at each tier. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

cd33 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage users to set their own limits and play responsibly. Our Responsible Gaming guidelines contain detailed information on deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion.

If anyone feels their gaming habits are going beyond their control, they may contact the support team to request temporary or permanent closure of their account. cd33 will process such requests on a priority basis.

• No one under the age of 21 may open an account or use the service.
• Parents and guardians are advised to ensure login details are kept out of the reach of children.
• If there is a risk of gaming addiction, seeking professional help is advised.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

8 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content displayed on the cd33 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text and software — is the property of cd33 or the respective rights holders. Copying, distributing or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Game software is provided by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other third-party providers. The terms of use of the respective game studios may apply.

9 Limitation of Liability

cd33 always strives to maintain service quality, but no liability will be accepted in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to failure by a third-party payment provider.
• If loss occurs due to incorrect information or carelessness on the part of the user.
• Force majeure — natural disaster, government directive or other uncontrollable circumstances.

cd33's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the user's account balance at the relevant time.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request. All active bonuses will be considered void after the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by cd33

cd33 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• A significant breach of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• An order from a court or law enforcement agency.
